YogaBallet Basic

A fusion of Yoga and Ballet Core Strength training to build on body stability, flexibility and alignment. Suitable for beginners who have never tried yoga workout before. Do not require any dance or ballet background as it is a fitness class. Talk by experienced ballet teacher and a certified yoga instructor.

Contemporary

This course will further enhance one’s understanding of contemporary dance with the use of weight, fall and recover, and personal expression. The class will include exercises to stretch, strengthen and improve contemporary dance techniques. Classes will also end with a simple choreography at the end of each term.
